From recorded comparable transactions in the same compound or district, adjusted for floor, view, finish, orientation and title status, then sense-checked against current live inventory. You receive the comparables, not just a number.

We hold agency agreements with several, which is how we access pre-release pricing. Our advisers are not compensated differently between developers, and we will list resale and off-market stock alongside new-build when it is the better answer for you.
